Drawing on 25 years of experience leading professional practices, I help connect an owner’s vision with the decisions, responsibilities, and daily work needed to bring it to life.
We begin by exploring your goals, how the work happens today, and what the people doing it experience. Together, we get clear on what it will take to move forward. Communication remains integral as we carry out the work, learn from results, and adjust.
